Tony Parker Sues The Club Wher Drake and Chris Brown Allegedly Fought

Tony Parker is only one of the many who are suing the night club where Chris Brown and Drake’s entourage fought. He suffered a lacerated cornea which is a severe high injury which could put the rest of his career on the line. He believes if there were proper precautions, the fought would not have happen thus no one or at least less people would have gotten injured, including him. He is suing them for $20 million.

His lawyer went as far as even in naming Rihanna in the paper work.

“The defendants were reckless, careless and negligent in permitting Drake’s entourage and Brown’s entourage to be in the club at the same time despite known tension between the two.[Rihanna] She’s been known, like Helen of Troy, to cause trouble,” he adds. Jaroslawicz is also blaming it on the alcohol, insinuating that the abundant drinking offered by club’s VIP bottle service was like “throwing gas on the flames.”

Meanwhile Parker is benched for the first week of the Summer Olympics and wearing a therapeutic contact lens while his eye heals.

In related news, an eyewitness confirms that Drake was the one who started the whole brawl and that Chris did absolutely….nothing?

“They got up in [Chris'] face and were giving him the middle finger. Chris told Drake to f–k off, and the next thing I heard was smashed glass and the bottles started flying at us. I didn’t see Chris act violently towards anyone. Chris said, ‘Let’s go,’ but there were bottles flying and I saw him get hit in the face, so I hunkered down where I was. Suddenly I feel this pain in my head and my friend is covering my face, trying to protect me. And then everything was over. I’m laying bleeding on couch and we’re all freaking out,” said Ingrid Gutierrez.

Even Chris’ attorney, Mark Geragos, maintains that Drake is to blame.

“I believe the police are building a case against Drake and his thugs. Clearly, Drake was the instigator, and there is evidence he threw glassware.”
