Busy signal has plead guilty to one charge from his case so far.
He pleade guilty to one count of absconding, which means he admitted leaving the united states before his scheduled trial regarding his druge related case in 2002. This means he faces up a little less than 2 years in jail and a fine for up to $30,000.
No sentencing date has been set however, the District Judge specified that Busy will have 45 days after purging his sentence to leave United States or els ethey will pursue the drug charges.
This is technically good news, as drug charges could have landed him in jail for many more years.
