Bizzy Bone talks releasing new book and losing weight

Bizzy Bone just released his new book, ‘Bizzy by Choice Bone by Blood: Inside a Bizzy Mind’, an autobiography and in a recent interview talked about it, losing 30 lbs and looking much better and earlier.

He told People Magazine :”I was drinking more than I should, so I said ‘Let’s put the bottle down, period,’ I got back to the basics, getting my health together.buckling down, cutting out hamburgers, fried food and late night pizza-and-soda binges. Now I eat because my body needs to be fueled. I still eat what I want to eat, but I stay away from the bread, potatoes and cheese. I make sure I do my sit-ups and push-ups when I wake up and go to sleep.I’m constantly walking and being active. When I’m on stage, it’s like going to Pilates. Afterward, my back doesn’t hurt because I’ve been drinking, it hurts because I’ve been performing. I can see my jaw line again. Holy smokes, I’ve got cheekbones! I finally think that I’m picture-worthy. I’m focusing on my six-pack now!”

Bizzy looks much healthier, I’m glad he made this choice. I’m in the process of doing similar, cutting down on meat as well and even using 100% natural products.
