Bizzy Bone just released his new book, ‘Bizzy by Choice Bone by Blood: Inside a Bizzy Mind’, an autobiography and in a recent interview talked about it, losing 30 lbs and looking much better and earlier.
He told People Magazine :”I was drinking more than I should, so I said ‘Let’s put the bottle down, period,’ I got back to the basics, getting my health together.buckling down, cutting out hamburgers, fried food and late night pizza-and-soda binges. Now I eat because my body needs to be fueled. I still eat what I want to eat, but I stay away from the bread, potatoes and cheese. I make sure I do my sit-ups and push-ups when I wake up and go to sleep.I’m constantly walking and being active. When I’m on stage, it’s like going to Pilates. Afterward, my back doesn’t hurt because I’ve been drinking, it hurts because I’ve been performing. I can see my jaw line again. Holy smokes, I’ve got cheekbones! I finally think that I’m picture-worthy. I’m focusing on my six-pack now!”
About the book :
‘This is the official authorised autobiography of a founding member of one of the world’s most notorious rap groups. Bizzy Bone, of the Grammy-winning, multi-platinum act Bone Thugs-n-Harmony, has always been armed with a deep-rooted sense of spirituality. Bizzy’s first recollection is choosing his very own body to inhabit. From there it was off the gritty Ohio streets where eventually he and his sisters were abducted. The children were rescued a year later, while living in a trailer park in Oklahoma thanks to the TV show America’s Most Wanted. Bizzy met and collaborated with his new-found brothers, which eventually gave way to Bone Thugs-n-Harmony. Taking the Greyhound to Los Angeles, the young group was determined to meet Eric “Easy-E” Wright of N.W.A. fame to sign to his Ruthless Records. And that is exactly what happened. Bizzy says, “I want this book to be about the spiritual war that has been a part of my life, about the music industry, business in general, the past and the future”.’
Bizzy looks much healthier, I’m glad he made this choice. I’m in the process of doing similar, cutting down on meat as well and even using 100% natural products.
