The 17 years old Dominican and American descent releases her first album that she titled first love on def jam record after winning star search august 19th 2008.

She opens up with a beat a la Janet Jackson, dancing type titled 90's baby which she is. To follow with a Hip-Hop type featuring Lil mama, To then hit us with her two single that i already fell in love with, Can't find the words and 16 At war, to have a Piano solo Titled Winner. The entire album was mostly centered on slow songs with some dancing ones.

The album only has 11 tracks as a debut i'de say they left me hanging, especially with no kind of promotion what so ever. There was producers,writers such as Tricky Stewart,Ryan Leslie and Ne-Yo. I failed to even hear her powerful voice on those records comparing to the first song i heard from her cry but nonetheless you can feel that she is singing from the heart.

Most of the songs had a message in it. At first sound i didn't like the album it took me to replay it more then once to actually start liking it but Karina Pasian isn't just for everyone she has her own style which is a mix of Alicia keys.

The one that definitely made it in my books besides the singles were : The Love We Got,Slow Motion,Can't Bring Me Down and First Love. She definitely has her grown woman on.
