After a short 2 years of break. R. Kelly's cousin is back with his brand new album that he self Titled "Avant".

I didn't expect too much from this album cause i was never a big fan of Avant. He had some good tracks and that was about it. Most of the album consisted of old school type of track. He failed to show me what new was he bringing into the music industry. The album did take me a couple of listen before really getting into but still couldn't fully like it.

Some of the track that I did like but wouldn't be playing often was : Sensuality, When It Hurts,Out Of Character and Sailing. He has only one feature with Snoop Dogg which reminded me of a slowed down and re masted, of Peaches and Cream. An album full of R&B tracks but unless you're a real Avant fan. Don't waste your time. It's just mostly typical, not too impressed.
