With A Very successful 2 season of The Way I Am Show on BET and her previous album. Keyshia Cole decides to introduce us to "A Different Me" Album set for December 16th, that she called the "sexiest" part of me in the outro.
The Album first started with 3 Tracks that were different style. I didn't really like them they weren't infection enough for Keyshia's powerful voice. She then revert back to "Erotic" a mid tempo beat where she just did her best.
Most of the songs were nice but i couldn't not relate to them like i usually do with Keyshia Cole's. I could not loose myself in the beat, voice etc. I Couldn't feel the energy nothing. A Different me is a definite different of Keyshia but i do believe that she could have blow out this album out of the water, perhaps not enough energy or the wrong producers. A Lot of potential but nothing compare to "Just Like You". Don't get me wrong it's an okay album.
Two Songs stood out the most on this album is the Monica featuring titled "Trust" and "This is us". I also loved the outro. That's where i heard the Keyshia Cole that stood out from the others so long ago.
Not a bad album could have definitely been better but nonetheless you can still enjoy it.
