how to remove ANY virus:
1. take a screwdriver...remove the case of the pc
2. find the motherboard
3. take a hammer....begin to smash motherboard
4. lighter+motherboard pieces
5. TADA!

well ye i was jokin.. but more times wen ur pc is being retarded theres an infection issue.. i use avg and it usually gets the job done.. so im not sure wat else to tell u that the others havent ....try check in a forum thats dedicated to pc care..there are many out there

I did run a test but that program was saying that I had to pay BEFORE it would remove it

You downloaded a false anti virus program. No legitimate AV program will ever make you pay to remove an issue. There are many of them over the internet like the one you downloaded that create false issues on your system so that they can trick people into buying their product (that doesnt work anyway)

This is why i advocate that people shouldn't download programs that they are unfamiliar with because you never know what you are going to get.
