Robert Neville, A Doctor in New york city. The whole city is infected by A virus that kills your human side and revives you as an animal. All Your human instinct are dead. He ends up alone in the city being immune to the virus tries to solve the enigma and finding a cure so he could try and save the other people. Being alone he records himself and all his studies. He even goes to the point of talking to mannequin for being so alone. He misses his family. All he has left is his dog. Will He finally end up finding the cure? What else will he have to sacrifice? Is he really alone like he thinks so?

This whole movie reminds me of 28 days later but with better acting, story line. I love how they used a "virus" to really portrait the whole 9/11. Having the bridge falling down and even him saying "this is ground zero". At even the point saying "we" created this. All a subliminal way to somewhat make the American understand that they are somewhat to blame for everything that has happened, From Aids as well. The end i could feel a powerful message. You know that no matter what cure you get, they are angry because you aren't like them so they are out to revenge. Who would actually listen to you in these positions? I love the flash back of Will Smith singing the Bob Marley's hit song 'Three Little Birds'. He was singing that same song in shark Tale and what a coincidence his daughter's name in the movie was Marley. The beginning was a bit long to me, i thought the action took a little while to finally get to the interesting part, but it was to my understanding to better get yourself into the acting, feeling of being alone and trying to save the billions of people. The suspense was good. I didn't expect it to end like that. I like it tho cause it makes it feel more realistic then everything ends well and all. Will smith like usually delivers a perfect acting. The movie wasn't exactly what i thought. I thought it would have been a senseless killing kind of movie but still wasn't disappointed. I also love the title of the movie it makes you wonder, how is he legend? At first i thought his name would have been Something Legend. It's not quite the Will Smith Type of movie, i did miss the comedy that he usually throws in, in each of his movie but i guess it would have been a bit weird to have comedy when millions are waiting to eat you? Nonetheless It's a good movie a reality that i still believe will happen one day. But it's not a movie for everyone tho. That's a movie for people who likes laboratory disasters i call those.

this movie was crazy, i was right by the speakers when them things kept popping up , scared me.
i like that the song was a contrast to the movie. It gave it a sense of security like the time he was in the bathtub, made me picture bed time nigt mares.
It was good movie, wanted to a little more of it but it was alright.

this movie is the best and its a good movie to watch if you like movies that comes with substance and not just alot of shooting and sex scene then I am a Legend is the movie for you....its real...it shows how one man go all out to death just for a cure...at the end just like many great legend....he dies but not for us to be sorrowful but to rejoice and give honor and respect for the life he lived....Go watch it

I think I know why the movie is called Legend for a reason...Its mostly based on Bob Marleys thinkings. You know that time he was telling teh girl bout Marley and who he was and what he did when he got shot and still went to perform. The zombies represent in themselves the racist ppl that are in the world, they kill all the other "immune" ppl. So will during teh whole movie is try to find a cure for this disease aka Racism. So hes in a sense teh next Legend , the Bob Marley. I liked when he said If they dont take a day to rest why would he.
And then the symbolism in the whole movie was great, his daughters name, the songs, his dog in a way.
