Durell and LeeJohn are struggling fellon. They are basically trying anything to make money. Durell finds out from his baby mother that she'll be leaving next week for Atlanta to start her salon with help there unless he can come up with the money to pay the rent. As an ex Convicted Fellon he can't get out of states which means that he would probably never see his son again. He lives, breathe for his son. Leejohn comes up with the idea to steal the money from a church that has 34 grand in it's safe. At first doesn't agree but ends up accepting anyways just for his son. The theft doesn't exactly go as plan but they are in store for more then just a theft. Friendship , love, very emotional and solidarity is in store. It's not always the man of god who's the honest one.

The movie was nice i thought it would have been a comedy but ended up being i'de say more drama with a tiny twist of comedy. I loved most of Ice Cube's Movies so this one wasn't any different. They had a large line up of (somewhat) celebrity like Tiffany Pollard aka New York, Loretta Devine, Katt Williams even Jamaican actor Paul Campbell known for playing in Shotta as Mad max and even Dancehall Queen and much more. The whole point of the movie was nice i did think they dragged the whole skim a little bit too much and i also thought they tried too hard to make it funny that it ended up being stupid. I only laugh at Katt Williams really just for the fact that some of his facial expression are funny. The end really touched me it also made me re think that not every black church are thieves sometimes only one person does wrong and the whole church pays for his mistakes. That movie reminded me of Beyonce's Movie with Cuba fighting temptation. But nonetheless the point of the movie and seeing cube i wasn't disappointed but if it was anyone else? it would have sucked. If you like cube and most of the starts in it then get that movie if not don't waste your time.

One word to sum this movie up.... Moronic 3.5/10 (and that 3 comes jus from katt williams performance otherwise it would've been .5)

I don't jus watch movies fo the fun of it, i watch em to analyze em and pick apart EVERY single thing from em find EVERY single goof in it. I look at the quality of the acting, directing, script everything. I don't jus watch movie and because it gives me a mild form of entertainment imma give it undeserving marks...naw. I'll give a completely UN-biased, thought about a movie.
