So House show decided to do something they never did in previous episode. This one is separated in two parts.
House's Head
In the first part House is in a bar and has no idea how he came there and why is he hear. he has bits and pieces of something's that happened. He has a head injury and does different things from taking drug , hypnosis to remember what happened. He realize he was in a bus accident cause he was too drunk to drives his motorcycle. Ends up saving the bus driver from a condition but realize that wasn't the person he was supposed to save. He keeps on getting flash backs and one lady who talks to him and he has to figure out who she is. He comes up with the idea to get in the bus with different workers from the hospital with photos and images to try and relieve and remember the last part. He takes Some Alzheimer drugs to boost his memory.She gives him different clues and realize that Amber was in the bus with him , got heart and he gets a heart attack.
Wilson's Heart.
In part two they find her and she's dying but they have no idea what's killing her. Wilson can't figure out why she was taking the bus. What Wilson comes up to is to freeze her and put her on by pass to buy them some time. thirteen is dealing with different emotions from maybe loosing Amber. She finally decides to take her Huntington test. She also finds out that Kutner parents got shot when he was still a young kid. He keeps getting hallucination from Amber and she giving her different clues. House decides that he could get a deep brain stimulation by shocking his brain that would push his brain to remember everything and perhaps they are missing something. But Cuddy refuses.
Wilson pushes House to get a deep brain stimulation. He agrees even tho he knows he might die. He remembers her coming to pick him up for Wilson since Wilson was on dutty. Ended up taking the bus to make sure House gets home safely. He remember seeing her sneezed taking some flue pills cries when he realize that she got poisoned because the crash destroyed her kidneys, the body couldn't filter the drugs. There's nothing they can do, House seizure and get's into a coma. Wilson gets some last time with Amber on by pass, everyone says good bye and she dies. House is in a white buss going to heaven and meets Amber, he wants to die as well cause he thinks Wilson will blame him for her death, but Amber tell shim he has to live up to the consequences and he wakes up. Cuddy's happen House is alive but Wilson comes to see him and leaves without a words and goes home to lie down finds a notes from Amber saying she went to get House and cries.
