As his next film, 'Death Race', gets ready to hit the screen next week, Tyrese Gibson has been doing lots of interviews to promote the action packed film that also stars Jason Statham, and while talking to my colleagues at moviehole.net, they stated that writer/director John Singleton is in pre-production on an unofficial sequel to his 2001 flick 'Baby Boy'.

'Fight for Love', a drama scheduled to shoot in the Fall, will reunite the stars of the earlier film Tyrese Gibson and Taraji P. Henson.

In the film, Gibson and Henson play a struggling couple, Sir and Cookie, who've two kids, some unapproving parents and a bevy of external forces working against them.

i dont know if a sequel will be a good idea for Baby Boy .... Baby Boy ended on a good note and answered all questions

... unless they do a sequel about Snoops boys retaliating against Joe for killing Rodney
