Crank beings exactly where it ended. Chelios who we thought was dead got kidnapped by the chineese mafia, went through surgery stole his heart and replaced it with a "chargeable" battery powered heart. So he will have to face them, to try and find his heart and find an electricity source every 30 mins or so to regenerate it. How will he find his heart? Why was his heart taken? Another long chase to the end.

This movie was one of the worst i've seen in years. Story line was boring, after 27 minutes i just kept fast forwarding. The script was awfully poor, all there was, was a bunch of cursing. Jason Statam brought the best he could with what he had. It was somewhat predictable, very repetitive, and some part was just repeated from the first one. The visual effect were poor as well. Let's just say I'm happy i didn't waste my 10$ cause i would have asked them to refund me my money on the spot. I liked the first one but this one was all time low. I have no idea why imdb.com rated it 7.1? Don't waste your precious time this one is on a not to rent list or Download. I've giving that 1.2 mostly because of Jason Statam.

this is a **spoiler*** "This movie is crazy as in insane" , but it still watchable just dont hype yuh self to watch it

think ms k hit the nail on the head.. i downloaded it..watched it... deleted it rite after i finished... man it was a bit toooo over the top.. well then again i wasnt really big on "Shoot Em Up" so mayb thats why i wouldnt like this either... jus seemed all too damn corny
