A family who is still weeping over the death of their unborn child decides to adopt a child after the gradual crumble of the couples marriage.

The couple finally decide to adopt a Russian child who seems so angelic and had a "hard" past of course because she was passed from home to home. Little do they know, this was a big mistake.

After some crazy events occurred after adopting the child, the wife starts to feel a bit uneasy about the situation but is not listened to or trusted by anybody because she has an Alcohol problem which she kind of overcame herself without going to AA and is also the reason for the deafness of her young daughter. The husband is also not believing the wife because he feels that due to the adopted child being an orphan, she has some possible psychological problems but not a major thing that TLC from a caring family cant fix...too bad for him lol... As the story unfolds, the orphan is after one thing and one thing only without having her past revealed or being caught, and if she does not get that one thing, everybody is going to go down.

Overall in my opinion, this movie is to be rated a 6.5 out of 10 because this movie was somewhat predictable..i mean just writing this review creeps me out when the story unfolds because this shit can or have been happening in real life but i just feel a little more effort could've been put into it....Its not a must see where you have to spend your money, but i wouldn't advise you to pass it up if you got a chance to watch it for free lol

but to killa...i started to give it an 8 out of 10 but because i thought about how sum of the things i knew was going to happen, i kinda took points off for that....i guess a 7.5 would of been a bit fair....then again everybody's perception about things are different...but like i said....i wouldnt tell u to pass up the movie if you had it on bootleg or on cable...but not to pay for it

To be honest there's not that many movies out there today worth buying anymore really, the stoty line was well thought of, but what your saying how it's predictable is not good

I thought the opposite...all movies are predictable but that one the story line and the facts turned out exact opposite of what i thought which is why i'de give it a 7-8 easy. It's a bit different then the other "scary" looking kids.

I enjoyed it but it wasn't scary at all. i think it should have been a thriller not scary movie
