Wait for it soon he's going to get sued by Mac. It doesn't surprise me now a days producers aren't what they used to be anyways. But that isn't something new is it? i mean isn't that what most producer does? sample some loop and add whatever they want? Fruity loop and all those programs?

rason why is because da majoirty of dem don know ish about music or what music sounds like but dey can pin ponit sounds very well....da better producers (summa da more original ones dat don't us so much synth) usually have a deep music background and actually take time to make a beat...and even summa da ones dat use synth still can come wit sumpn original..but peopel jus lazy and sticking a buncha loops together...takes da "work out of it"

on da other hand studio equipment and live sounds is hard to combine and not everybody has that typa money...so dere are those wo have to rely an preset sounds...my thing is if you get to a certain point and you already set...why keep doin it

so he used a program's presets? Hope he was smart to get apple's permission which is similar to a sampling clearance

the thing isn't that he wasn't supposed to use them...it's the fact that he used them pretended that he did a lot of work...did you read his answer?

and also that you have to mention it and pay the company...usually loops aren't that long...and if you example take Ginuwine's Pony song he used a frog to do his song...stretch it up etc...

a lot of people uses loops and presets but doesn't just take and use but edits etc etc...

I don't know if you get what im saying. I don't really care what he does if i had known i would have test my luck myself lol i never really rated polow the don anyways
