50 Cent has announced that he plans to add film producing to his ever growing resume. The G-Unit general started a film production company called Cheetah Vision and has laid out the groundwork for his upcoming film projects. 50, and his Cheetah Vision, already purchased 8 scripts "They are all different types of movies that I bought the rights to, and we're developing projects. You will see different things from me in the future," 50 told Reuters.

50 is currently preparing the first production project, a film with Nicolas Cage titled "The Dance." 50 talked about the film saying "He plays the founder of a boxing program, and I play a fighter who goes to state prison." Fifth isn't worried about the economy either saying "I don't think [the economy] will affect me as much as it will the other people that are out there because I'm not afraid to finance some of these things myself if I have to."

As we reported yesterday, 50 appeared at the Sundance Film Festival in Utah where he threw a private party with help of Vitamin Water. The Vitamin Water/50 Cent project is being promoted by saying it features "yoga sessions with Russell Simmons, workouts with 50 Cent, food by STK and spa treatments by Green Valley Spa.
