| I'm sure some of us have made the worst decision on how we dress especially when you got a little bulge at the wrong place. Here's a few tips found again in essence magazine. Know tight isn't right Many women put on fitted tops in hopes that they'll look skinnier. One the contrary, those tops accentuate bulges. Don't reach for baggy clothes, But do wear pants and skirt that won't uncomfortably squeeze you or display your muffin top when you bend. Do the Scoop Pull in your stomach, elongate your spine and hold. Maintain this position for as long as you can, and you'll actually be working your stomach muscles. You can do it while standing, walking or sitting. Dress like Royalty Wear deep jewel tones, such as saphire blue and amethyst purple,to look thinner. Just like slenderizing black, these color absorb light and create a slimming effect. Just stay away from frabrics that shine, because they can highlight trouble spots. Get the best support On top of slipping into an undergarment to trim your shape (like spanx and yummie tummie), make sure you're wearing the right size bra-instead of a style that creates unwated curves. There are bras for the bedroom and bras for the boardroom. For the daytime stick to bras that have smoother cups made of nylon or silk for a smooth appearance under your clothes. If you wear a size D or larger use a bra with underwire to provide extra lift and support. Accesorize Wisely Belts, bracelets and necklace can bring attention to parts of your bdoy that flatt you. Pair a necklace with a V-Neck blouse to help lengthen your neck and torso, or don a sexy pair of a slender high-heel shoes to make your looks look longer and leaner.
