Micheal Jackson Insurance May Not Cover and More Details-thisisnotitsiggy.jpg   Micheal Jackson Insurance May Not Cover and More Details

Your daily does of Michael jackson. Now they are saying that the insurance that covered the 50 tour might not cover his death. It is also said "any loss directly or indirectly arising out of, contributed to, by or resulting from...the illegal possession or illicit taking of drugs and their effects" only if proved that his death was accidental then he would be covered. Now they are asking for a second test, even tho the family already had another one done and are rumored to be asking for a third. I suppose that would be a total of 4 tests?

Even though a New York doctor gave Jackson a series of medical tests in February, according to the terms of the policy, Lloyds of London insisted on a follow-up physical by a London physician closer to the July 13 kickoff show.

AEG's chief executive, Randy Phillips, has said the company spent up to $30 million preparing for the concert series, but expected to recoup the investment by collecting on the insurance policy and working on projects with the Jackson estate, including a documentary film.

Latoya's back in the news as it is reported she stole a hard drive full of unreleased tracks of her brother, rumored over 100 unheard. Maybe she wants to do a compilation? or sing with her brother for one last cd? Old friend and also the one that had kept some money that the Jackson claimed was stolen, DiLeo : "There are a couple of songs we recorded for the Bad album that we had to cut that are just sensational.'"

Samm Brown, Mj's former producer said, "Michael was such a perfectionist and he had a lot of stuff that he didn't use. I know for a fact that Motown (record label) has a deep vault and I would say there are 100 or more tracks sitting at Motown alone. There will be somebody in his (Jackson) camp who will want to release all of the lost tracks he recorded - dating way back to the 1960s. There's huge money to be made off of these recordings."

Some more rumors are saying that the family finally decided they would buried him in the Forest Lawn, but no one has come forward to confirmed as yet.

What we do know and has been confirmed is his mother is now the one legally taking care of his kids, which is what he wanted and had put in his will. Tmz is now reporting some of their sources are confirming that MJ did have a lethal quantity of Propofol and also had Alprazolam, also known as Xanax which is used for anxiety.

Regarding Neverland, few website have mention they are in negotiation to be relocating it to Vegas to make it into similar to Elvis' Graceland, with an open museum and a burial plot where MJ would be laid to rest. "The idea is to take physically everything that's not part of the dirt and reassemble it in Las Vegas," says a source close to Colony Capital, the investment firm that saved the ranch from being auctioned off last year. But obviously it would first require ok from Mj's two lawyers and the city. Everyone declined to comment.

Finally they are talking about a tribute cd featuring obviously Beyonce, madonna, Mariah carey and more.

Could Micheal Jackson be the answer to the end of the recession?
