So the judge was not lenient with him at all.

Chris Brown has to adhere to the following terms:

1. Felony Probation for 60 months and must obey all laws.
2. Report to Probation within 72 hours
3. 52 Weeks of a Domestic Violence Program in Virginia.
4. Must turn in all weapons within the next 24 hours and can NOT own any weapons during that period.
5. Must Provide DNA Samples as Requested by the Authorities
6. 180 Days of Community Service (HARD) Labor… washing cars, cleaning graffiti off the walls, etc.
7. Get approval before leaving the country.
8. Report to a court room every 3 months for the next 5 years.
9. Fines and Fees: $2,500 in restitution, $2,500 in probation expenses, $30 for criminal conviction fee and $400 for the domestic violence fund.

Last But Not Least…

10. The Protective Order for the next 5 years: Brown is not allowed to harass, assault, threaten, molest, etc. Rihanna. No direct contact nor 3rd party contact with her. He must stay at least 100 yards away from her unless it is an entertainment (work) related event, then he must stay 10 yards away.

If he violates any of the above, the judge will put him in jail. She then closed by saying : “I am not the one to ever believe in any hear say or anything else but I am not immune from chatter on the airwaves. Any set violation of the protective order is a violation of your probation… Even though you have probation, remember this is a felony and it does come with potential of state prison if you should violate in any way the terms and condition of this probation or pick up any new case. Do you understand, I just want to myself perfectly clear.”

More details have emerged regarding THAT night. According to report, cops responded to a screaming woman and when arrived notice how upset and rihanna was crying in the driver's seat of the parked car.

Rihanna told the officers that she got into an argument :"The victim said she became enraged and slammed both of her fists against the dashboard on the passenger side of the car they were in. She reported that the defendant then pulled the vehicle over and reached over her with his right hand. He opened the car door and tried to force the victim out." But he was unable to get her out of the car since she was still wearing her seatbelt. "When he could not force her to exit, he took his right hand and shoved her head against the passenger window of the car. The victim then faced the defendant and he punched her in the left eye with his right hand. He then continued driving. As he drove, he continued to punch the victim in the face with his right hand while steering the vehicle with his left hand.

She also claimed that her mouth got filled with blood and splatter over her clothes and inside the car. After the first assault she looke din the mirror and saw her eye swelling. She then claimed that Chris Brown told her : 'I'm going to beat the shit out of you when we get home! You wait and see!' She tried to call her personal assistant but she didn't pick up and pretended to talk saying 'I'm on my way home. Make sure the cops are there when I get there.' Which got Chris to say : "You just did the stupidest thing ever! Now I'm really going to kill you!" He then unleashed a second wave of punches. : "during which time [Rihanna] interlocked her fingers behind her head and brought her elbows forward to protect her face." He continued to punch her on her left arm, which caused a contusion on her left tricep.

At that point Rihanna tried texting her assistant. Brown threw the phone out of the car, stopped the vehicle and Rihanna then tried opening her door to get out, but Brown sped off and the door shut with Rihanna inside.

Brown placed Rihanna in a headlock while he drove, then bit her on her left ear. The car eventually stopped and Rihanna took the keys out of the ignition, and Brown began to punch her again in the face and arms. He placed her in a headlock and started applying pressure to her carotid artery. She couldn't breathe and began to lose consciousness. She tried freeing herself, and Brown bit her left ring and middle fingers and then released her.

Court papers also claims it wasn't the first time and they have other reports on previous assaults.

The first occurred in Europe three months before the February 8 attack. Rihanna and Brown got into a verbal dispute and she slapped him. According to the report, he reacted by shoving her into a wall.

The second incident occurred approximately 3 weeks prior to the February attack. Brown and Rihanna were in Barbados and were driving a Range Rover. They argued, and Brown got out of the car, and allegedly broke the front driver and passenger side windows.

All i have to say is WOW. Now my question to you. Do You think Rihanna might have exaggerated things? What about the pictures taken of them after? How do you feel? speak up.

But yet he's totally wrong and no wrong for rihanna? wow ok....Men don't get no justice either? As far as i'm concern she should get something to to teach women that you shouldn't hit men either...
