It always hurtful for the third party when you still have love for them to hear or see that they might have moved on so quickly. But it is a part of life.

It seems to be the case for Usher. According to "InTouch", the 30 years old singer who was involved with Tameka foster and recently divorced her with one of the cause rumored, cheating, has moved on with yet another "Cougar", this time Island Def Jam executive Grace Miguel,42.

It's said it started back in june when few pictures surfaced of them shopping and others showing her leaving Usher's hotel room late night. Like usual an unnamed source told them magazine that Usher really likes Grace and they've been together for 6 months, well before he divorced his ex-wife. A Friend of the singer told the magazine that Miguel is "So Brilliant" and that Usher "loves the fact taht she's creative, has her own career and doesn't appear to want anything from him other than companionship. He's madly in love." Apparently, they met while working with Usher's new act, Justin Bieber. The magazine also claims that Grace is the main reason he officially ended his marriage.

Paparazzi has pictures of them both in a trip to the Dominica Republic that showed up online last week. Usher is currently working on his upcoming album set for 2009.

I completely don't believe that especially the part about the other lady being creative and having her own career because for once Tameka always had her own career, dressing up Whitney houston and even working for him before. She is a well known lady, she made her name before she started dating Usher. I believe we should not down play what Tameka had to offer and she is also working now on a new project that freddyo.com has mention, a tv show and also has her own foundation : “The Lost Ones,” which is to help the 12-18 years old girls to teach them about healthy self image which includes for the "at risk" teens, 4 day retreats,seminars,beauty makeover and motivation speakers.

Does that really sound like a lady waiting on any men? her previous husband was also rich. As for the Miguel lady i wouldn't have thought she was 42. Interesting.
