Any regular person would have been under the jail by now. This is proof that if you have money in this world ... you can get away with damn near anything.
I am guessing he has already made a deal with the DA's office for a sentence like TI. That is the only reason i can think of why he would plead guilty. So, he might get a sentence for 1 year and 1 day so that he can be paroled within a couple months with good behavior.
