Spotlight-lover La Toya now spouting kids' trauma to the press.
It's one thing to make strange repeated appearances on Dancing With the Stars, and yet another thing to claim that your deceased brother's ghost is speaking to you through a parrot...but with her revelation about the children of Michael Jackson and their therapy, La Toya Jackson may be taking things too far.
La Toya has told British media that Michael's three kids -- Prince, 12, Paris, 11 and Blanket, 7 -- have undergone psychotherapy in the wake of their father's death. "Prince just doesn't want to speak about it," La Toya reported. "I do worry about him very much." She said Paris, on the other hand, loves to talk about Michael: "[Paris] thinks and talks about her father all the time," La Toya says. She told reporters Paris also loves to write about her dad and wear his shirts because "they still smell of him and it helps her feel close to him."
But La Toya called little Blanket "a very sad, shy little boy." She added, "He cries – he really does cry. It's so painful for him. No one can bring his daddy back and it hurts so much. They all go to therapy and I truly hope Prince especially will be able to open up."
Auntie La Toya takes it even further saying that despite her worries, the kids are very resilient and that they may be able to overcome their sadness to one day be stars like their dad Michael. "Paris doesn't know it but she has all the makings of a star. If she wants to go into showbiz I can see that happening." And Prince and Blanket? La Toya says, "The boys like the idea of directing, which is what Michael wanted to do. Kids are resilient. He gave them so much love and that is helping them."
