I won't hate, I refuse to hate, I'll just forget about what i want to say.

In a post in Allhiphop they receive an e-mail saying that T.I was out of jail but others says that he isn't in jail anymore but another type that they call "halfway house" in which he will spend his remaining months.

Here's what the source e-mailed : "TIP HAS BEEN HOME IN ATL FOR SEVERAL DAYS AND IS CURRENTLY UNDER "HOUSE ARREST"....IF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME CHECK N SEE IF HE IS SOMEONE HAS SEN HIM IN JAIL!! HE WAS IN PROTECTIVE CUSTODY SO NOT ALOT OF PEOPLE SAW HIM, NUT HE HAD A PHONE AND BLACKBERRY IN JAIL WIT HIM THE WHOLE TIME... "

Turns out it wasn't a total lie

"He was released this morning from his place of incarceration in Arkansas," Sadow said in an interview. "As I understand it, he's on his way back to the Atlanta area. He has to report to a halfway house in Atlanta sometime this evening. And he will then spend somewhere between the next two or three months in a halfway house, ending his Buruea of Prison sentence. A halfway house is more along the lines of a residential dormitory. You live within this house that is broken into areas for living, and you are permitted to leave during the day for certain reasons of which would be employment, medical reasons, things of that nature, and you return to the halfway house in the evening. So it's a restriction on your liberty but it's a way for you to reenter into society and not be confined within a jail type institution 24-hours a day." (XXL Mag)

Rapper T.I. was released from prison in Arkansas today after serving seven months behind bars -- and the rapper's lawyer says he'll spend the rest of his sentence living in a halfway house.

T.I. -- real name Clifford Harris -- was sentenced to 366 days in the Forrest City penitentiary earlier this year, after he was busted in 2007 for sending his bodyguard out to buy machine guns and silencers.

T.I.'s lawyer, Steve Sadow, told the Atlanta-Journal Constitution that the rapper is expected to report to Dismas Charities Atlanta West in Georgia tonight -- where he'll live in a halfway house for the next three months.

After his sentence is completed, T.I. still has to complete 500 hours of community service and 23 days of home incarceration.

Some of them get out quiet quick and others gotta stay in, but T.I was big and I'm sure he hasn't missed a step either
