Because the paparazzi will begin to harass them even more than they do already. Trying to get pictures of the baby, crash the baby shower, want to know the kids name, etc, etc, etc.

We all have to remember that they are humans too ... we all need our privacy. Everything we do does not need to be public knowledge.

Notice Beyonce just vanished off the face of the Earth ... she is with seed.
