Netflix finally sees a bright line through the tunnel, as Disney just signed a 2 year deal with them to stream older shows that aired on ABC, ABC Family and Disney Channel. It will also air, shows that are still on air, such as “Grey’s Anatomy” which will be available for 30 days after the last episode.

They announced similar deal with Amazon which will be available on their Prime streaming service. The Amazon deal includes animated shows, such as Marvel Comics.

Although It is good for Netflix but it also shows that Amazon is giving a fierce competition to the already crumbling Netflix. Amazon also has plans for “exclusivity” which will feature content that viewers can’t find anywhere else on the web.
