everyone is encouraged to come, you can reserve a room if you'd like. time will be from 10 to 1, then from 1 on ward we go clubbin.

here is the hotel info for getting there and making reservations or price checks. the planners will take care of the grand suit, if you need assistance with reserving, let us know. we are trying to get rooms together, so we can "RUN AROUND" to which ever room. so far we have the suit and 3 other rooms soon to be booked. if you'd like to be included, please state so either in this thread or via pm, NOT PAGER MESSAGES.

the cut off date is March 15th for verbal confirmations from participants, and all moneys (if making arrangement with members) are to be in on March 20th.

seeing as bussa lives the closest, he will be entrusted with the financial bookings and other issues.

the more people come the less the cost for you, find out who else is coming. say we get 10 ppl to come, it's 35 bucks, say we get 35 ppl to come, its 10 bucks.
