hahaha...those "male enhacement" pills among other things.......i think i saw on one of those cosmetic surgery shows where they took membrane from dead people and they add it layers to the penis to make it thicker..so the more layers u can afford the thicker it will be and also since a few inches of the penis is still inside the body they can also do a surgery to let it out and therefore making it a couple of inches longer but other than surgery i dont know of any other way guys can get larger..
