You see a thread that was really interesting it could have been how inspiring the message was, how much knowledge it brought to you, or just how funny etc etc. You liked it? Nominate it by pressing on the Link right next to multi quote.

Then what happens?

Each time a thread will be nominated it will show up there. and the poll is basically showing Which post was nominated and to make it a winner you have to go back to the post you most liked and nominated it (if you didn't already). You can't nominate your own post But you can definitely encourage people to do to your own thread.
