It's a tie between Mya's and Nicole Richie's dress... Kimora's shoes were cute and simple, but the dress kinda resembled a garbage bag. Kat Deluna's shoes didn't fit, plus the skirt looked a little too "thrown-together." Her blouse looked like sumpn she could rock to work, and not an awards show or whatever the event was she was going to, lol...

Because of Nicole Richie's pregnancy, she's filling out better, which makes the dress look really nice on her... but for Mya's small, petite frame, the dress looked tres chic, lol... I'm not sure what it's called but the metal pin that gives the dress a "scoop" look... similar to the one in Kim Kardashian's dress (see end of post), is appealing to me. The bottom, I liked, because it accentuated her hips. It reminds me of those Roman/Greek dresses because it's so 'blazay,' which I like, too. Her shoes gave the entire outfit an elegant finish... all together, she pulled off the au naturel look and accented it with diamonds... so to me, her outfit was the best
