u know wen u call those companies for cust. service.. and there always seems to be that person who has nooo idea what they doing.. maybe its jus me.. but i get annoyed easily at ppl who dont understand their job... even if i go into a store and ask about a product and they have no clue im the type of person who wud jus walk away and kiss ma teet when they mid sentence
