i rarely loose my temper since i got older

maybe its being a mother and my fear of small spaces or maybe i flash forward to when the guy hit me back

plus in the long run dude wasn't worth shit...he wasn't worth gettin worked up over ...my only regret is that at that point in time i thought he was worth it

to me someone doing all of this is obsessive....i dont want to hear or know anything about no ex...they are the past...im the present and its all about me and him...i actually get mad when guys try to tell me about their ex whether its something good or bad..i dont care...so im definitely not going to go searching anybody's page or google or any of that stuff....and as u saw with her they broke up...why...because she spent so much damn time looking at the outside to figure out her relationship that she didnt see the stuff that was right in front of her...if you have problems in your relationships...almost everytime the problem is you or your man/woman...no one else..because only you or your man can bring others into it...can you imagine how miserable and jealous she must have been everytime time she read something...why would anyone put themselves through that...and u know she passed that bad mood onto the man without telling him why...which probably cause unnecessary arguments...sad way to live...we all know what kind of man/woman we have...what they are capable of...so if you have to go through all of that...if its not one ex it will be another or a new one who they will do whatever they are capable of doing with that person..so it falls to your man/woman to make that decision...so why look anywhere else...thats just my opinion...obsessive and damn scary...

…I know u not serious CL…in this day and age my sexual health wouldn’t depend on he said she said…her telling me he has a clean bill of health is as insignificant as she telling me he doesn’t…we are the only ones responsible for our sexual health no one else…we are the ones who should carry our condoms and make our men use them even when they don’t want to…we are the ones who when we feel comfortable enough in that relationship to want to go w/o a condom to then make the decision to both of us be tested for our own peace of mind..as much as u can have in this day and age….look when it comes to my relationship I really don’t have the patience for seh seh…or he says she says foolishness…honestly that stuff get on my nerves because again at the end of the day it still comes down to only two ppl you and your man..so why look anywhere else…

ive had one of my man’s Ex drop by office once and i was straight with her…the convo was fine with me when it was just small talk about the job but when she tried to switch it to my man I let her know that I didn’t mind she dropping by if she was in the neighborhood…but that the conversations will never go past small talk that I will never discuss my man or our life with her..and neither was I interested in hearing about his past with her…in other words she and I would never be friends..if she was ok with that then she was welcome to drop by anytime…I saw her only once after that…
I also had one of my ex’s new girl contact me and ask me to have lunch with her…I knew she was fishing so I said fine..went to lunch..did the small talk…then she started talking about how he talks highly about me and seems to have a lot of respect for me and she just didn’t want there to be any animosity between us…I was like…why would there be animosity..i have no animosity towards him…im actually happy for him that he is getting his life together and you are part of that life…I have no ill will towards you..thats not who I am…the best thing you can do is forget about me and concentrate on your relationship with your man…I passed her on the street once since then and saw her at a Macy’s once shopping for xmas gift for him.

This sounds like the beginning of one of those chain letters/emails lol... but I'd feel like she actually learned/gained something from the experience if she'd ended the post with something to the effect of "I didn't need to reconstruct a figment of his ex-wife in order to figure out what made my ex tick. I now know that it was my insecurity that fueled me to do what I did, and only what me and my ex put into the relationship was what mattered. Everything else outside of/before it was inconsequential..."

But since she didn't post anything like that, I see her as just another cyber-stalker lol
