They had an interview with Chealsea Handler where they discussed (yet again) Their married life. Chelsea asked her if she was pregnant she simply answered "I don’t think so", and Lamar quickly said "Soon". which prompted the interviewer to ask if they were planing on having soon, Lamar answered "I Do" which Khloe simply said "ok".

That simply doesn't sound like someone who's interested but moving on. Their wedding video is set for next video on E. If they do indeed have kids it would me number 3 or 4 (if they have twins) for Odom and First for Khloe.
