Miss K: well first i wanna congratulate you for your cd i heard it and its ah pretty good job
Ele: True
Miss K: Yuh Know everybody wondering who's elephant man Can you tell us a bit bout yourself, What type of person you are
Ele: Well Yuh know i grew up in seaview garden, kingston 11, im an easy going person, im crazy on stage , yellow,blond hair,sometimes you see me with red,sometime with green a lot of mix colors. Yeah very talented.
Miss K: Thats where the name Energy God Come from right.
Ele: Yeah aka
Miss K: we know you have a hectic scheduel how often you get to see ur family
Ele: Well Like during the week, (yeah?) im in the states during the week-ends
Miss K: What Makes the good to go album different from the others
Ele: Because its Good to go and we worked with different producers on this one like you know, lil john, Dave kelly a lot of different producers,we spent a lot of time working with collaboration like Lil jon,Bone crusher, big tigger , Sasha wu-tang clan Killer Priest crazy
Miss K: How Was it to work with lil john
Ele: Its crazy man a lot of vibe
Miss K: whats your favorite track on the album
Ele: I Have a lot of favorites. I got the fan dem off,i got the baby mother rag (Miss K : yeah thats one of my fav too) yeah crazy
Miss K: was it a major change to go from greensleeves to Vp records?
Ele: Yeah because you know my contract was up with greensleeves. So i said im gon make a new step and sign with Vp records.
Miss K: What do you think about all the hate against you saying things like Chi Chi man, Fassy and things..
Ele: Well you know i dont hate nobody and everybody has their own opinion to say whateva whateva but im not saying that you know people are this and people are that everybody is just saying and everybody is thinking a statement and my statement is not to hurt nobody its not to push nobody to fight. Yuh see me its just a saying whateva they say..I love em for saying my name Much love to everybody.
Miss K: Whats your plan for the futur, What are you planning to bring to your fans
Ele: A lot of creativity,A lot of Style,a lot of hits records,a lot of nice music and a lot of enjoyable ..
Miss K: Are you planning to push any unknow artist?
Ele: Yeah a lot of em Kiprich and the crew
Miss K: How do you intend to reach the audiance that hasnt caught up the jamaican slang like : gyal,fan dem off?
Ele: Well you know thats why we doing a lot of promotion and tour you know explain it to them , let them know what we talkin about thats why the album is out now and they buy the album and they listen to it then its already been known by some of them , Some of them fan when they buy it and play it and their friends say this is the way you do it or whateva you know and everybody start catch up its gonna be crazy trust me.
Miss K: What are you trying to do contribute to the reggae / dancehall music
Ele: Im trying to do my part , what im here to do, im trying to sell records, im trying to put my culture on the map make sure everyone enjoy it while they do you know
Miss K: I heard you had a fight with one of your manager dats true?
Ele: Uh? (Miss K : I heard you had a fight with one your manager) Me? (Miss K : yeah) Me? That aint Me . That Aint me
Miss K: What advice would you give to dem young people, young fan who looks up to you as a role model, who would wanna start a career?
Ele: I would say good to go album in store go get it *laughs* Love God,your mother and your father,Stay far from drugs. Do what you do best and Good to go in stores go get it
